Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents, documenting discrepancies or damage.
  • •Label and store received goods promptly in designated areas.
  • •Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • •Complete and file shipping documentation and coordinate with logistics partners for timely pick-up and delivery.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock takes and cycle counts, ensure warehouse housekeeping, and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for accurate inventory handling.
  • •Understanding of safety regulations and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles.
  • •Proficiency using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • •Experience with stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
