Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate and develop relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and final account.
  • •Create estimating and cost plans, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement, including pre-qualification, tender list preparation, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reporting, and contractual document compilation.
