Job Summary

Own supplier performance and end-to-end commercial, operational, and strategic management of a key contract manufacturing supplier across multiple product lines. Drive assurance of supply, delivery KPI monitoring, risk management, and supplier capacity readiness. Lead pricing, cost roadmap and CI/CR initiatives, oversee PO and GR accuracy, manage ECOs and lifecycle risk, and support sourcing and business continuity decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic supplier ownership, including governance, business reviews, performance management, and long-term alignment.
•Ensure assurance of supply by monitoring delivery KPIs, managing risks, and securing reliable material and build availability.
•Lead commercial and cost management, including pricing, cost roadmap, CI/CR initiatives, and negotiations.
•Execute and manage POs and GRs, ensuring accuracy of pricing and related systems/data.
•Manage supplier performance, capacity, change/lifecycle risk (ECOs, lead time improvements, EOL events), and support contract and exposure management with Legal.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Account Lead, Supplier Manager, Strategic Sourcing, or contract manufacturer management).
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or similar) or Business Administration.
•Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
•Solid understanding of procurement and the supply chain value chain.
•Excellent communication skills in English.
