Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute activities supporting stable value product implementation and ongoing administration, including product setup, documentation, calculations, data requirements, controls, and operational readiness.
  • •Translate contractual, product, and business requirements into calculations, operating procedures, controls, and implementation steps using professional judgment.
  • •Perform and validate financial and operational analyses such as rate calculations, cash flows, reconciliations, and scenario testing; investigate and resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate with product, operations, finance, legal, risk, technology, and other partners to resolve implementation and administrative issues.
  • •Identify and implement process and control improvements using automation, data, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in stable value, institutional retirement, insurance products, asset management, product development, or financial analysis.
  • •Experience underwriting, pricing, and administering stable value products including traditional GICs, general account products, and synthetic GICs.
  • •Analyze financial or insurance products and resolve moderate-scope issues using sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • •Interpret product structures, contracts, and business requirements and translate them into accurate calculations, processes, controls, and implementation requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
