Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers.
•Social media savvy with clienteling/data acquisition skills, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
