Key Responsibilities

•Implement user stories in an Agile Scrum environment, providing feedback on acceptance criteria and testing quality.
•Collaborate with functional, testing, and developer teams to deliver enhancements to Dynamics CRM and the customer portal.
•Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
•Focus on Dynamics AI features for call center and customer service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
•Support SDLC documentation and assist with deployments and Operations/Production troubleshooting for the Support Team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
•5 years of experience with Power Platform and Portals.
•Lead implementations within Dynamics, including Call Center and IVR with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
•Proficiency with C#, .Net, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
•Support SDLC documentation (design documents and implementation plans), deployments, and Operations/Production troubleshooting.
