Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service, leading to a Retail Personal Banker I role. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend solutions, and support cross-selling to retail and small business customers. Manage teller transactions as part of platform staff, meet customer experience and production goals, and refer customers to business partners for holistic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Process teller transactions and support the platform staff while working with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment) for referrals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
