Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose system problems when servicing HVAC products and equipment during customer site visits.
  • •Attend customer sites to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire and commissioning workloads.
  • •Use software and hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
  • •Collaborate and communicate with the service desk, sales, operations, supervisors, regional service managers, senior technicians, and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Category 1 (I) F-Gas C&G 2079 Level 2 certification and hold COCN1, CIGA1, and ICPN1.
  • •Proven experience in a service or field-based technician role with strong customer service principles.
  • •Ability to diagnose system problems and perform PPM, customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire and commissioning workloads on customer sites.
  • •Knowledge of packaged rooftops/HVAC units and intermediate to advanced manufacturing industry experience, including smart controls and BMS compatibility.
  • •UK Drivers license and right to work status confirmed for the country of application.
