HVAC Service Technician - Unitary - Midlands Region

Provide on-site HVAC unit service across the UK, diagnosing system issues and completing planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning. Build customer relationships as a trusted point of contact and coordinate with the service desk, sales, and operations. Use diagnostic software, hand tools, and technical specifications to repair units, generate reports for invoiced work orders, and drive continuous improvement through clear communications.
