Drive sales on the shop floor by building customer relationships and working toward quarterly sales and SPH goals. Support store operations by assisting store management, training associates, merchandising according to visual guidelines, and maintaining strong customer service. Handle daily transaction processes, maintain organized client books, and contribute to loss prevention and store readiness by opening/closing in the manager’s absence and ensuring proper records and inventory handling.
