Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries end-to-end via ServiceNow, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
  • •Analyze accounts and troubleshoot billing portal issues, providing clear solutions for complex billing challenges.
  • •Process invoices and make manual adjustments, including credit/debit modifications, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • •Reconcile payments and support the Collections team with dispute resolution and customer account management.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a finance operations role.
