Training Specialist - RCM

Build and deploy Huron’s Revenue Cycle training offering by supporting curriculum design and delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions. Coordinate onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing refresher training across Patient Financial Services and Patient Access workflows, including billing, follow-up, denials, credits, and payment posting. Create and maintain SOP-based training materials and e-learning modules, partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify learning needs, and use QA trends to measure quality improvement.
