Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve acquisition objectives for Premier Banking in the onshore market by sourcing new customers and managing/growing relationships for acquisitions and referrals.
  • •Identify acquisition sources and opportunities through strategic partnerships with external partners and across HSBC group business units.
  • •Support employee banking events and follow up on digital leads to drive customer acquisitions.
  • •Promote the Retail Banking Wealth Management expatriate proposition (EBS International) to support global capabilities.
  • •Ensure adherence to AML guidelines and regulatory onboarding requirements (including KYC, account opening, and tools) through end-to-end processes until warm handover to RM; support customers with needs-based financial solutions and drive digital adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with at least 2 years of sales or acquisition experience in banking and financial services, preferably in the affluent segment.
  • •Sound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services.
  • •Excellent sales and people management skills.
  • •Customer-driven with strong focus on quality of service and ability to understand customer needs.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ownership and ability to work independently.
