Job Summary

Own and continuously improve legal operations workflows, systems, and processes so attorneys can focus on high-value legal work. Manage outside counsel and vendor relationships, billing guidelines, invoice approvals, accruals, and AP reconciliation. Serve as an administrator for contract and compliance tools (including Ironclad and Okta) and oversee legal mail routing and knowledge management. Lead tech stack optimization across legal systems and support AI-enabled transformation of the legal team’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own outside counsel and vendor management, including matter lifecycle, billing guideline enforcement, invoice approvals, monthly accruals, and new firm onboarding.
•Administer Ironclad (contract submitter access and NDA workflows), manage HRBP signer requests, and handle Okta group management.
•Oversee AP reconciliation and finance reporting, including monthly forecasts, budget tracking, settlement payments, and insurance procurement in partnership with Procurement.
•Oversee legal mail routing and ensure timely, accurate triage across litigation, trust & safety, payroll, and people ops.
•Manage and optimize the legal team’s tech stack and knowledge management systems, and design improvements to legal workflows while tracking key metrics and partnering with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 102,000 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or a related legal/business operations role, preferably at a technology company.
•Hands-on experience with e-billing and matter management platforms (Legal Tracker or equivalent) and contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad or equivalent).
•Strong financial acumen including invoice processing, budget tracking, AP reconciliation, and monthly accruals.
•Enthusiasm for AI and legal technology with proven experience using AI tools to modernize legal team operations.
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with strong communication and a service-oriented mindset.
