Key Responsibilities

  • •Create PCB layouts for complex digital, analog, RF, high-speed, and power electronics designs.
  • •Plan and manage PCB stack-ups with fabrication vendors and manufacturing engineers.
  • •Interpret schematics, routing rules, and design intent with electrical engineers, and integrate connector/placement constraints with mechanical engineers.
  • •Apply best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, impedance control, and thermal/EMI mitigation.
  • •Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation (Gerber/ODB++ files, assembly notes, and drawings) and support supplier DFM requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in PCB layout for production hardware (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Solid understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221/2222, IPC-7351, etc.).
  • •Familiarity with PCB materials and manufacturing process, including stack-up construction.
  • •Experience with controlled-impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, and high-current power distribution.
  • •Experience with scripting/automation and Altium Designer (plus simulation tools to validate layouts).
