Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Middle Market segment through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and market engagement. Manage a qualified pipeline, build ties with centers of influence, and represent the bank in the community. Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Capital Markets, and Wealth to structure integrated financial solutions. Own production goals, maintain risk and compliance standards, and provide accurate reporting and forecasting.

•Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new Middle Market commercial relationships through disciplined prospecting, networking, and referrals.
•Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline; execute sales rhythms, activity expectations, and production goals.
•Develop relationships with centers of influence (e.g., attorneys, accountants, private equity firms, industry groups) and represent the bank in the market.
•Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers and product partners to structure comprehensive, client-centric financial solutions.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to identify, qualify, and originate new commercial client relationships.
•Working knowledge of commercial lending, deposit products, and treasury management solutions.
