•Provide advisory and operational support for day-to-day HR operations across EMEA.

•Deliver technical guidance for onboarding, terminations, employment agreements, and intracompany relocations.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an audit-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.
•Experience advising on health and safety, benefits, time off/leave administration, payroll, and immigration workflows.
