Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow) and platform configuration tools.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • •Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Develop and deploy serverless solutions on AWS and build AI-powered automation (including conversational workflows and internal copilots/agents).
  • •Own the delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment, including testing, production support, and root-cause analysis while mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
  • •5+ years of software development experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • •In-depth experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities) and declarative best practices.
  • •Strong Python development for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
  • •Experience designing secure cloud-native solutions on AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions) and using generative AI/LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
