Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Children’s House (3–6) Montessori classroom, guiding children through observation, individualized lessons, and child-led work. Prepare and maintain an orderly, prepared environment that builds concentration, independence, literacy, math, science, and practical life skills. Partner closely with families through communication and collaboration, using intentional language and warm leadership to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
