Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead for data privacy compliance by designing, implementing, and continuously improving the privacy program, including policies, procedures, and periodic reviews.
  • •Serve as lead for BSA/AML compliance by designing, implementing, and continuously improving the AML/BSA program, including CDD/EDD, suspicious activity monitoring, and recordkeeping/reporting.
  • •Oversee transaction monitoring and screening processes, escalation workflows, and SAR filings where applicable; lead AML-related investigations and manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement.
  • •Provide ownership or substantive support across additional compliance areas including trade compliance (export controls, sanctions, imports, boycott), government contracting, anti-bribery/corruption, competition/antitrust, and security.
  • •Contribute to compliance governance by supporting risk assessment methodology and reporting to executive leadership/Board, and help build and mentor the compliance team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing).
  • •5+ years of experience in complex compliance areas such as BSA/AML, privacy, trade compliance, government contracting, anti-bribery/corruption, or competition/antitrust.
  • •Demonstrated track record in at least one other complex compliance area listed above, with the ability to learn new regulatory domains quickly.
  • •Ability to independently read, analyze, and translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical policies and operational processes.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain nuanced legal/regulatory requirements to non-expert audiences.
