Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coater tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance and address intermediate-level alarms.
  • •Interface with equipment computer systems to monitor parameters and alarms.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions to maintain process control; escalate when conditions require it.
  • •Maintain inventory levels for the next shift, manage waste disposal, and provide on-the-job training when requested.
