Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the section’s efficient function and maintain overall control of all functions in the section.
•Act on immediate operational changes and coordinate assembly/loading of flights according to deadlines and standards.
•Withdraw and ensure availability of materials and required resources, including dry ice and dry stores, coordinating with main stores and procurement sources.
•Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and services are delivered within deadlines.
•Maintain discipline, perform spot checks, manage daily activity reporting/statistics, handle logbook handovers, and ensure safety, security checklists, and training/rosters are followed.

Key Requirements

•3–4 years minimum experience in a similar catering operations preparation position.
•High School or Secondary or Vocational School graduate, or College Graduate.
•Proper communication with colleagues.
•Flexibility for operational requirements.
•Teamwork and ability to accept and follow assignments from superiors.
