Job Summary

Coordinate and drive transformation of the risk assessment and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework, partnering with leaders, Line of Business teams, and other Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals. Manage Risk Assessment Units, maintain RCSA data and ratings, run annual workshops, and ensure accurate reporting. Oversee workflow scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and escalation, author procedures and guidance, and serve as a liaison across on-shore/off-shore teams and the Lines of Defense.

•Drive governance and risk assessment transformation by implementing and coordinating an effective risk assessment framework and RCSA processes.
•Coordinate operational team routines, including workflow scheduling, routine reporting, monitoring, and escalation.
•Maintain Risk Assessment Unit structure and dynamically update RCSA data; conduct annual workshops and confirm ratings prior to reporting.
•Author and maintain department procedures, training, and guidance materials.
•Identify, respond to, and escalate risks as appropriate; support compliance activities with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
