Job Summary

Own requirements and analysis for a client-facing transformation and card migration portfolio. Partner with product owners, delivery teams, and leadership to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, map current/future-state processes, and extract insights from data. Key Responsibilities

•Program manage or support a large card migration and portfolio conversion project for a key client within a transformation initiative.
•Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
•Lead requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing processes, systems, and data solutions; define functional specifications and user stories.
•Analyze business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies and design future-state solutions with process maps and current/future models.
•Facilitate workshops, support testing/validation/implementation with technical and delivery teams, and provide executive-ready communications and post-implementation support.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in business analysis (or similar), delivering successful projects in complex, change-driven environments.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
•Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related certifications preferred.
•Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with experience creating executive-level materials.
•Experience with business analysis/delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI).
