Own the member-facing Incentive Experience for paying for healthcare and receiving reimbursements. Develop the product roadmap, shape strategy, and drive initiatives from ideation through launch. Partner closely with members, employers, and operational teams to identify pain points, define success metrics, and rally the org around measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping strategy and new ways to make healthcare payment and reimbursement more compelling and convenient.
•Build the operational engine and applications to enable $100M+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining high service quality.
•Embed with members, employers, and operational teams to understand pain points and develop product ideas.
•Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch.
•Define success metrics for initiatives and ensure data is in place to measure outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Product Management experience, including owning and shipping consumer-facing products or features from discovery through launch and iteration.
•Strong consumer product intuition and a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences.
•Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with clear understanding of what makes internal products succeed.
•Exceptional written communication to clearly convey decisions and strategy to your team, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
•A strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback in a high-performing, mission-driven environment.
