Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic and technical oversight on landfill gas programs that support long-term environmental performance.
  • •Develop and advance landfill gas design standards, methodologies, and innovative engineering practices.
  • •Serve as a trusted expert, providing guidance to clients, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and financial performance across a portfolio of high-impact projects.
  • •Mentor engineers and technical staff to build future capability and support succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s or PhD an asset
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario; additional Canadian registrations are a plus
  • •15+ years of progressive experience specializing in landfill gas engineering
  • •Demonstrated expertise in landfill gas system design, peer review, regulatory compliance, and complex project delivery
  • •Proven experience building client relationships and delivering business growth as a seller-doer
