Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the MEA manufacturing strategy in alignment with global industrial strategy, building a scalable and resilient industrial footprint.
  • •Structure and manage manufacturing partnerships and production capabilities in MEA to ensure reliable, high-quality output.
  • •Direct setup and operation of production capabilities, optimize manufacturing processes, and manage performance metrics such as throughput, yield, production cost, and quality.
  • •Oversee the transition from engineering prototypes to scalable industrial production and ensure production planning, logistics, and inventory flows.
  • •Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (or equivalent), ensure safety/regulatory/quality compliance, and build/lead the MEA manufacturing organization.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including implementing medium- to large-scale production across multiple sites.
  • •Experience scaling production under strict time and budget constraints, preferably in robotics, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex sectors.
  • •Technical aptitude to work with advanced robotics, AI, and emerging technologies and apply engineering concepts to manufacturing.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver challenging objectives under tight deadlines and high stakes.
  • •Strong academic background in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
