Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ECIS costout and support achievement of plant monthly KPIs while ensuring processes are improved to meet business goals and enable growth.
  • •Establish and execute the plant Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and hold the plant CI Council with leadership.
  • •Manage ECIS/OpA self-assessments, implement related OFA actions, and drive plant-level CI advancement roadmaps and training plans.
  • •Plan and facilitate plant Kaizen activities with divisional/regional CI champions, including SGA, RIE, and the CI suggestion system.
  • •Lead CI talent definition and development, facilitate onboarding, drive CI communication and employee engagement/recognition, and support rolling CI responsibility assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering) or equivalent engineering/science background.
  • •5+ years of industry experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve operations and drive/lead improvement projects.
  • •Expert knowledge of Lean production systems and Six Sigma, with ability to develop CI programs.
  • •Hands-on experience using Lean and Six Sigma tools and delivering successful operational improvement projects.
  • •Strong operations experience, including understanding of resource/capacity planning and systems such as MRP and MES.
