•Lead, manage and grow our ports and maritime team, collaborating with Team Managers across the region to bring the best of AECOM to our clients and projects.
•Drive business development activities, including client engagement, opportunity identification, proposal preparation and strategic positioning to expand the organisation’s presence in the ports and maritime market.
•Oversee project portfolios, resource planning, budgets, schedules and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations and business objectives.
•Champion quality, safety and sustainability across all project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and best-practice delivery frameworks.
•Collaborate across teams, disciplines and geographies to shape project outcomes and opportunities.
