Job Summary

Partner with clients in the branch to provide financial wellness guidance and customer service. Split time between handling financial transactions and proactively engaging clients through in-person conversations and calling to uncover needs, recommend products, and transition clients to bankers when appropriate. Collaborate with branch teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, support branch performance, and consistently meet individual activity and outcome goals while following compliance and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering impactful service.
•Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to bankers when needed.
•Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations.
•Maintain compliance with audit and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience handling cash transactions.
•General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
