Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering impactful service.
  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to bankers when needed.
  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Maintain compliance with audit and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
