Job Summary

Support WSP’s Strategic Growth Team by leading standard proposals and assisting complex pursuits, including scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews. Research, gather, edit, and produce compliant proposal materials with clear messaging, coordinating with graphics staff and pursuit teams. Ensure sales and business development materials are accurate, on schedule, and aligned with client needs, including optional support for presentation and regional communications activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead standard proposals/qualifications with limited supervision and support complex proposals/qualifications with general supervision, including scheduling and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews.
•Research, gather, edit, and produce proposal materials, reviewing and editing content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.
•Coordinate design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff to communicate the strategic vision for a pursuit.
•Work with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and WSP.
•Ensure proposals and sales/business development materials are compliant, accurate, and delivered on schedule; support and may help lead presentation phases of pursuits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofreading, and sales and business development support.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
•Knowledge of proposal development procedures and ability to manage a standard proposal from inception through submission with limited supervision.
