Job Summary

Lead a multi-functional EHS organization covering Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, including an outsourced security team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation across the unit to support sustainable business continuity, including maintaining required licenses. Manage key EHS programs—workplace safety, environmental compliance (water use, waste disposal, water protection), and occupational health—while partnering with Engineering to support the area’s Capex execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a multi-functional team across Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, including the outsourced security team, for all EHS-related activities.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation in unit operations to support sustainable business continuity.
•Coordinate workplace safety implementation, including safety requirements, internal and global rules, and actions to reduce workplace accidents.
•Manage environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to internal environmental procedures and minimizing water waste, improper solid waste disposal, and water contamination.
•Manage occupational health and oversee the implementation of required EHS legislation and related execution support, including EHS Capex in partnership with Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience managing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
•Experience managing direct and indirect line teams.
•Excellent planning and organizational skills.
•Effective communication across all levels of the organization, from the factory floor to leadership.
•Fluent English.
