Job Summary

Support the end-to-end review and negotiation of commercial agreements, including SaaS, services, statements of work, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Partner with Sales, Finance, Privacy, Security, and Customer Success to balance business priorities with compliance and risk. Help scale contract workflows and introduce an “AI-first” approach by piloting AI-assisted legal tools, documenting playbooks, and turning legal judgment into repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage contract review for customer, partner, and vendor agreements from intake through negotiation and completion, including SaaS agreements, services agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
•Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, providing clear, business-oriented recommendations to internal stakeholders.
•Review contract modification requests, coordinate with business partners to negotiate terms, and obtain necessary approvals for non-standard positions.
•Guide cross-functional teams on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, and general contractual questions.
•Partner with Finance, Privacy, and Security to address contract issues (including privacy/GDPR/CCPA clauses) and support legal review for RFPs and customer-driven requests.

Key Requirements

•At least 2–5 years of experience as a commercial attorney.
•Prior experience in a sales-driven or fast-paced technology environment (SaaS preferred).
•Demonstrated cross-functional experience, preferably working with sales, finance, and procurement teams.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate issues clearly.
•Comfort using and learning AI-powered tools for contract review, legal research, and knowledge management, with a willingness to experiment and improve workflows.
