Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a scalable global People Operations function with a compliant framework and operating discipline across jurisdictions.
  • •Lead Talent Acquisition and workforce planning, owning global recruiting strategy for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • •Architect and optimize People systems and technology Stack (HRIS, ATS, payroll, performance tools, analytics) to improve reporting integrity and efficiency.
  • •Elevate organizational maturity by defining structures, career architecture, and performance management aligned to scale.
  • •Own workspace and employee experience infrastructure, coordinating with Finance and Operations on cost management, vendor selection, and real estate strategy.
