Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and manage project strategies, objectives, timelines, and execution plans across multiple environmental projects.
  • •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • •Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and deadlines.
  • •Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient resource utilization.
  • •Risk Management & Reporting: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and maintain regular progress reports and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Sustainability, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience managing environmental or sustainability-focused projects.
  • •PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • •Solid understanding of regional environmental laws and permitting processes (GCC).
