Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections in the selected discipline.
  • •Review design information, tolerances, and agreed methods of working.
  • •Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with specifications and industry codes.
  • •Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance and produce site observation reports.
  • •Liaise with contractors, participate in meetings/workshops as required, monitor installation/submittals, and track milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP/building services engineering degree (e.g., BSc Electrical Engineering or BSc Building Services Engineering)
  • •Minimum 5 years’ job-related experience with an engineering degree
  • •Minimum 6 years’ job-related experience with a college diploma
  • •Minimum 7 years’ job-related experience with a college or trade certificate
  • •Industry accreditations and commissioning certifications are desirable (e.g., Incorporated Engineer, CSA Grade 4, BCA/ACG/NEBB).
