Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior leadership for multidisciplinary design teams and major projects across the region.
  • •Establish and execute strategic plans to support growth of the design business and market position.
  • •Own budget, revenue, utilisation, profitability, and financial performance within the assigned portfolio or business area.
  • •Lead major bids, strategic pursuits, proposals, and client presentations; build and maintain senior client relationships.
  • •Champion digital engineering initiatives (BIM, automation, AI) and oversee project delivery governance for safety, programme, budget, scope, quality, and client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Significant senior-level experience within the built environment, engineering, architecture, or multidisciplinary consultancy sector.
  • •Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex projects or programmes.
  • •Demonstrated experience providing strategic technical leadership across multiple projects, clients, or business areas.
  • •Strong understanding of BIM, digital engineering, and emerging technologies and their application to improve project and business performance.
