Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite and manage risk for new and renewal credit and political risk book of business, including analysis of financials, credit reports, financing documents and underwriting materials.
•Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and maintain broker relationships to expand shelf space and profitability.
•Price and structure terms within approved guidelines, exercising judgment for complex accounts.
•Coordinate with team members to ensure timely issuance of indications and policy servicing, including data input and back-office collaboration.
•Monitor market conditions and risk exposures to achieve revenue, profitability and service objectives while meeting regulatory requirements.

Salary: USD 136,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10-12 years of experience in credit and political risk underwriting
•Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or master’s degree in finance, international affairs or business administration a plus

•Excellent relationships with US broker community and corporate/bank clients
•Formal credit training a plus
