Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction (Anticipated Opening)

Lead day-to-day cost management for a major data center development in Pennsylvania, serving as a key client interface. Drive estimating and cost planning, review contractor pricing, and manage change orders across the construction lifecycle. Produce cost reports and funding presentations, support value-engineering sessions, and perform cost variance analysis and change control. Coordinate cost data from suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams while working independently and mentoring others.
