Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle inbound operations tickets from the Commercial team and partners (Self Serve).
  • •Initiate and drive medium-sized projects to improve efficiency, quality, and/or partner experience.
  • •Coordinate with Legal, Privacy and Fraud, Finance, and Accounts Payable to facilitate contractual and financial requests.
  • •For Managed partners: manage contracting changes and lead process innovation using legal playbooks and templates.
  • •For Payments/Self Serve: investigate payment issues and commission errors (including via SQL) and improve partner experience by driving partner analysis, automation, and knowledge base outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • •1–5 years of experience with Global Operations is preferred (3+ preferred).
  • •Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • •Analytical skills to build, interpret, and act on reports; SQL knowledge preferred for payments investigations.
  • •Strong operational mindset and attention to detail, with clear communication in English (spoken and written).
