Job Summary

Own FX and cross-border pipeline development and turn client needs into scalable FX-enabled value propositions. Partner with Account Teams, Product, Solutioning, Marketing, Treasury, Client Services, and Operations to design solutions, support RFP responses, and deliver advisory engagements. Coordinate internal execution and governance, manage approvals and implementation readiness, and build reusable commercialization assets to improve consistency and market execution across key regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive FX and cross-border pipeline development by identifying, shaping, qualifying, and advancing opportunities with Account Teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
•Shape FX-enabled value propositions by partnering with Product, Solutioning, VCA, and Marketing to position FX capabilities within broader cross-border and multi-currency strategies.
•Translate client needs into executable solutions, including solution design across Visa FX capabilities, settlement models, FX transparency solutions, competitive positioning, and RFP responses.
•Act as an FX subject matter expert by supporting advisory engagements, internal education, solutioning discussions, and client-facing narratives.
•Coordinate execution and governance by tracking opportunities, aligning stakeholders, managing approvals, supporting implementation readiness, and resolving execution bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, consulting, or related financial services roles, with exposure to FX, cross-border, settlement, or multi-currency solutions.
•Strong understanding of FX products, multi-currency solutions, settlement flows, and the cross-border payments landscape.
•Ability to develop and articulate compelling FX-enabled value propositions aligned to broader cross-border, travel, and international payments strategies.
•Experience in client-facing commercialization, business development, advisory, or solutioning roles to identify opportunities and translate client needs into commercially viable solutions.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
