Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce weight and balance documentation for all Etihad flights, coordinating with stakeholders, government departments, and service providers.
  • •Load plan for various aircraft types using current weight and balance requirements, generating loading instruction reports and preliminary/final load and trim sheets.
  • •Optimize aircraft payload and fuel uplift by using applicable ULD hold versions and load distribution to achieve CG targets.
  • •Ensure issued documents satisfy all weight and balance requirements and comply with regulations and published limitations prior to LIR and load/trim issuance.
  • •Provide required information to flight crew and Flight Dispatch, transmit post-flight messages (e.g., CPM, LDM, UCM), and escalate hazards and occurrences.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally with load planning experience or relevant training.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
