Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own benefits initiatives end-to-end, administering and supporting statutory and supplementary local benefits programs across India and other countries.
  • •Support benefits enrollment cycles and improve benefits administration processes and systems (preferably Workday).
  • •Monitor regulatory requirements across relevant markets to ensure benefits programs comply with local legislation and labor agreements.
  • •Analyze claims and utilization data to identify trends, surface risks, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits queries and manage vendor liaison (brokers and insurers) for renewals and RFPs.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in benefits, total rewards, or a related HR discipline with exposure to multi-country benefit programs.

  • •Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and how benefits processes integrate with SaaS HR systems.
