Lead Test Engineer

Lead hands-on test engineering for multiphase processor power devices, partnering with design, test, systems, application, firmware, and validation teams to deliver cost-optimized, high-quality power solutions. Own test planning, test/characterization program creation, ATE hardware interface board design, and silicon bring-up/debug with correlation to bench data. Drive yield and failure analysis, optimize test time, and support silicon qualification and production release for volume manufacturing.
