Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the design team to understand design specifications and system challenges.
  • •Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data, and analyze results to support failure analysis.
  • •Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • •Define and implement test strategy for multiphase controllers and power stages, including silicon qualification and support release to volume production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong fundamentals in electronics, including RC networks, operational amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and DC-DC buck converters.
  • •Experience defining the test flow, test list, and test-architecture strategy.
  • •Experience with silicon bring-up/debug and characterization on the Eagle tester platform.
