Serve customers at the branch by building trusted relationships through proactive outreach and consistent client engagement across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•Retail banking experience (typically 3-4, 4-5, or 5+ years depending on the level)
•Must be able to complete and maintain NMLS registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients
•Ability to demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies and apply a digital-first mindset to identify customer needs
