Key Requirements

  • •Retail banking experience (typically 3-4, 4-5, or 5+ years depending on the level)
  • •Must be able to complete and maintain NMLS registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check
  • •Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients
  • •Ability to demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies and apply a digital-first mindset to identify customer needs
