Key Responsibilities

•Shape platform standardisation and simplification aligned to application rewrite, decommissioning, duplication reduction, and RTB efficiency.
•Provide technical direction across the organisation aligned to platform strategy, engineering standards, and a consistent developer experience.
•Define and own reference architectures, technical roadmaps, and golden paths for onboarding workloads to KaaS.
•Embed an open-source-based engineering stack and establish reusable patterns, components, and reference implementations to improve delivery speed and consistency.
•Govern early product onboarding as senior technical authority to ensure production readiness across security, resilience, performance, and operability while reducing rework risk.

Key Requirements

•Operate as a Principal Engineer or senior technical authority in large-scale enterprise environments.
•Deliver hands-on platform engineering for shared services used by multiple product and application teams.
