Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complete paint applications, including color matching and mixing for a quality finish.
  • •Execute minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces.
  • •Maintain paint preparation standards and comply with CarMax Paint Standards and standardized work processes.
  • •Collaborate with the team on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Key Requirements
