Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
  • •Locate utilities and buried lines prior to digging and shovel earth/dirt to prepare trenches for pipes.
  • •Dig up existing ground pipes/debris as needed and guide pipes into place while attaching with chains/guide wires.
  • •Cut and connect pipe using tools, lubricants, and glue/grout; build couplings/connectors and mechanical joints.
  • •Set up and move laser level/tripod and pipe lasers, perform jobsite cleanup, and set up safety barricades and cones.
