Job Summary

Join the Quality Engineering team to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, test suites, and scripts across the software development lifecycle. You’ll design test strategies and plans with developers and stakeholders, execute functional, regression, integration, performance/load, security, and service virtualization testing, and embed automation into CI/CD pipelines. You’ll also analyze application, system, and database performance to identify quality risks and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing frameworks, test suites, and scripts to ensure continuous quality throughout the SDLC.
•Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and quality engineers to define test strategies, test plans, and automated testing solutions for new and existing applications.
•Run functional, regression, integration, performance/load, security, and service virtualization testing to identify defects and improve reliability.
•Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable early and frequent testing.
•Analyze application, system, and database performance, identify quality risks, and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
•4+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality engineering, software development, or test automation.
•Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and working with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
•Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, Groovy, or SQL.
•Experience with test automation, API testing, performance testing, security testing, and modern quality practices including TDD and BDD.
