Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the US strategy for Defense Prime/OEM client engagement related to vertical construction and facilities delivery.
  • •Drive growth strategy and strengthen client partnerships across AECOM’s Design practice.
  • •Own pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across complex pursuits.
  • •Maintain accountability for client relationships and multi-region delivery outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with global defense leadership and the US DOW team to support engagement and program office delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA plus 20 years’ experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects.
  • •Proven experience working with Defense Primes/OEM clients and US DOD agencies on facilities and vertical construction programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery.
