Job Summary

Lead end-to-end investigations into ethics, compliance, policy, and legal violations across MAF Entertainment and MAF Lifestyle. Plan investigations, gather evidence, interview stakeholders, and issue objective reports with recommendations. Manage case tracking and timely closures, coordinate with HR/Legal/Operations and external authorities, and recommend corrective actions and coaching. Monitor implementation, drive policy and controls improvements, and support digitized automation of evidence and investigation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and conduct end-to-end investigations into ethics, compliance, policy, and legal violations across the organization.
•Develop investigation plans, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and produce objective investigation reports with recommendations.
•Manage case tracking to ensure timely closure and coordinate with HR, Legal, Operations, and external authorities when required.
•Recommend disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and coaching interventions; monitor corrective action implementation and identify root causes.
•Support compliance programs through risk assessments, monitoring, audits, employee training, and digitalization/automation of investigation records and evidence management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Criminology, or a related field; professional compliance, audit, fraud, or risk certifications are preferred.
•5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Investigations, Ethics, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, or Governance, with managerial experience preferred.
•Strong knowledge of investigations, ethics hotline case management, compliance risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
•Experience managing stakeholders and producing compliance reporting, dashboards, and automation/analytics to support compliance workflows.
•Strong understanding of labor laws, investigation frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
